	Peter Weber – Chief Executive Officer Peter Weber joined Carpathia Hosting in 2008 from Sun Microsystems, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sun Services, leading the product group for the $5 billion global IT services business. Prior to joining Sun, Peter was Founder, President and CEO of SevenSpace, a venture-backed IT services start-up acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2005. Prior to SevenSpace, Peter was a Vice President at The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm with more than $18 billion under management. At Carlyle, he focused on investments in the information technology services industry. Peter earned his Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated cum laude.
	Bill Ranney - Chief Financial Officer Bill Ranney is a seasoned senior financial executive with a long proven track record of success in both large and small companies. Bill held numerous senior finance positions over 15 years at Verizon, including Vice President of its $1+ billion directory publishing business, and Vice President responsible for the construction and launching of Verizon’s long distance voice and data network. Prior to Verizon, Bill served as CFO for the IT Services start-up, SevenSpace, where he drove the company to profitability within 24 months, during which time he orchestrated two acquisitions, implemented rigorous management controls and multiple rounds of financing.
	Jon Greaves – Vice President and Chief Technology Officer A recognized leader in the information technology services industry, Jon has spent a significant part of his career in managed services and operations with a particular emphasis on remote services delivery. Prior to joining Carpathia Hosting, Jon was a Distinguished Engineer and held the role of CTO of Sun Microsystems’ Services business. Prior to Sun, Jon was instrumental in leading the architecture and development of SevenSpace’s industry-leading remote management and delivery platform. He is recognized as an expert on systems security and privacy, playing a strategic role in representing the telecommunications industry in developing international standards in response to Critical Infrastructure Protection and U.S. Presidential Decision Directive 62 and 63. Greaves has also held positions at British Telecom, MCI and Concert.
	Brian Winter – Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Brian Winter has a strong track record leading high-performance start-up and global sales and marketing organizations. Brian joined Carpathia Hosting from Sun Microsystems, where he served as Vice President of Global Virtualization Software Sales leading the reorganization of the global sales organization and increased sales productivity three-fold in just 12 months. Previously, Brian was Vice President of Marketing for the $5 billion services business at Sun. Prior to joining Sun, Brian was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SevenSpace, a venture-backed IT services start-up acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2005. Prior to SevenSpace, Winter served in various senior marketing and management roles at USWeb Corporation.
	Seth Finkel - General Manager, Carpathia Government Solutions An executive with more than 15 years of experience in technology and telecommunications companies, Seth Finkel has proven expertise in managing sales and related business areas in organizations from start-up, growth, turnaround and restructuring. Prior to joining Carpathia Hosting, Seth lead sales, sales engineering, marketing, product and business development efforts for ServerVault, including new customer acquisition, account management, channel and partner development, and other activities pertaining to product development/marketing, revenue generation and retention. Before ServerVault, Seth was a key executive within PSINet’s global Web hosting business. He helped grow the business unit from infancy to a multi-national presence and $100M+ annual revenue. Seth also held positions at MCI and American Management Systems (now CGI).
	Philip Hedlund - Senior Director of Business Development Phil Hedlund is the Senior Director of Business Development at Carpathia Hosting, where he establishes relationships between the company and its largest customers while also serving as GM of the Phoenix Datacenter. Phil has more than 18 years experience in the IT services industry, most recently coming from Sun Microsystems in 2008, where he had global responsibility for Managed Services sales, increasing revenues by more than 70%. Phil came to Sun Microsystems in 2005 via its acquisition of SevenSpace, a pioneer in remote monitoring and management services delivered to Global 2000 companies around the world.
	Brent Bensten - Senior Director of Operations Brent Bensten is an operations and datacenter specialist with over ten years experience in multiple Fortune 500 companies focusing on managed services operations. Most recently, Brent served as the Senior Manager of Operations for Services at Sun Microsystems. Brent now manages a global IT operations team, instrumental in the streamlining of operations, building and delivery of strict Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliance for more than 5,000 devices, and managing datacenters around the world.
	Dave Stinson - Director of Sales An elite sales leader and executive with over 13 years experience in selling and managing high performing solutions based sales teams, Dave Stinson has deep industry knowledge in selling mission critical services, managed computing/hosting, data center services, complex IP, managed messaging, business system software and professional services to domestic, international and global companies. Before joining Carpathia, Dave was recruited by Digital Realty Trust to lead, develop and close new corporate datacenter acquisition/leaseback opportunities, new datacenter construction/builds, leasing of exiting Digital Realty Trust power-based buildings and Turn-Key Datacenters. Dave has also held positions at Verizon Business, Acumen Solutions, Cable and Wireless, Ecommerce Industries, UUNET Technologies, LCI International and Synergy.
